This comprehensive fitness assessment service is designed to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses and to monitor your personal health development. I can measure your weight, anatomical measurements, blood pressure, body fat %, strength ability and flexibility. This gives you an agreed starting point, and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress. This data will be stored on your own private file and another test will be done after a period of sessions to determine if your personal training plan is working effectively, so that i can make any necessary amendments. Your personal training programme is constantly assessed and evolved to ensure that all your health and fitness ambitions are realised.
